You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information obtained from the Site without our express written permission.

4. Purchases and Terms of Sale

4.1. Product Descriptions. We endeavor to display the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

4.2. Pricing. All prices are subject to change without notice. We are not liable for any typographical errors regarding price or product information.

  • YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SITE;

  • ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SITE;

  • ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SITE; AND

  • UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (USD $100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE PAST SIX MONTHS.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
