Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy for Evirea

Thank you for your interest in Evirea and your potential purchase. This Shipping Policy explains how and where we ship our products, the associated costs, and what you can expect after placing an order. Please read this policy carefully to understand our shipping procedures.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after we receive your order confirmation and payment clearance.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time. During high-volume sales periods (such as holidays or major promotions), processing times may be slightly longer. We will make every effort to notify you of any significant delays.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the following regions:

  • United States (all 50 states)

  • European Union (all member states)

  • United Kingdom

  • Canada

3. Shipping Methods and Costs

Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method you choose at checkout.

a) United States:

  • Standard Shipping: $4.99 or FREE on orders over $50 | 5-7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: $9.99 | 2-3 business days

b) European Union & United Kingdom:

  • Standard Shipping: €5.99 or FREE on orders over €60 | 7-10 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: €12.99 | 3-5 business days

c) Canada:

  • Standard Shipping: CAD $7.99 | 10-14 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: CAD $15.99 | 5-7 business days

All times are estimates from the date of shipment, not the date of order placement. Business days are Monday to Friday.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website.

Please allow up to 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system after you receive the notification.

5. Shipping Restrictions

Due to the nature of our products (cosmetics and skincare), we currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes. A physical street address is required for delivery.

6. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

  • For orders shipped within the USA: No additional customs or import duties apply.

  • For international orders (outside the USA): Please be aware that your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost paid to Evirea.

We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. We recommend you contact your local customs office for more information.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Evirea is not liable for any packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after they have been marked as "delivered" by the shipping carrier. We are also not liable for packages lost due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.

a) Damaged on Arrival: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at evireaint@outlook.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the damaged package and products. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and get a replacement sent out to you as soon as possible.

b) Lost in Transit: If your tracking information shows that your package has not moved for more than 7 business days, please contact us. We will initiate a trace with the shipping carrier. If the package is deemed lost, we will ship a replacement to you at no extra cost.

8. Returns & Exchanges

Please review our separate [Return & Refund Policy] for detailed information on how to return a product. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

9. Changes to This Shipping Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
