Return & Exchange Policy for Evirea

At Evirea, we are dedicated to your satisfaction. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we are here to help. This policy outlines the terms and process for returns and exchanges.

1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition.

  • In the original, undamaged packaging, including any seals or outer wrapping.

  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Requested within 30 days of the delivery date.

2. Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or tested.

  • Any product that has been damaged due to customer misuse.

  • Gift cards or downloadable software products.

3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Please follow these steps to request a return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Within 30 days of delivery, email our customer service team at evireaint@outlook.com with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.

  2. Receive Instructions: We will respond with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to send your package. Returns sent without an RMA number may not be processed.

  3. Ship Your Return: Carefully package the unused product(s) in their original packaging and mail them to the address we provide. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as Evirea is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit back to us.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer-Initiated Returns: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received the wrong or a defective item).

  • Evirea's Error: If the return is a result of our mistake, we will provide a pre-paid shipping label and offer a full refund, including your original shipping costs.

5. Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Timing: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

  • Deductions: Please note that the cost of original shipping is non-refundable for customer-initiated returns. Only the cost of the product(s) will be refunded.

  • Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or credit card company first, as it may take some time to post. Then, contact us at evireaint@outlook.com.

6. Exchanges (If Applicable)

We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you need to exchange a defective item for the same product, please contact us at evireaint@outlook.com and follow the return process outlined above.

If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired product.

7. Damaged or Defective Products

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at evireaint@outlook.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos or a video of the product and its packaging. We will arrange for a return (if necessary) and ship a replacement to you as quickly as possible at no extra cost.

8. European Union "Right of Withdrawal" (For EU Consumers)

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have a legal right to withdraw from a contract for the purchase of goods within 14 days without giving any reason (the "cooling-off" period). However, this right may not apply for the supply of goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if they are unsealed after delivery. Therefore, to process your return, we require the product to be unopened and in its original sealed condition, consistent with the eligibility criteria in Section 1 of this policy.

The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day on which you acquire physical possession of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g., by email to evireaint@outlook.com).
